Equipment HealthMonitoring

CBM · PdM · Vibration analysis · Thermography

Vibration, temperature and performance trended against a baseline set on the first visit — so a change in condition reaches you as a number, well before it reaches you as a breakdown.

01 · Scope of work

What we deliver.

Every engagement ends in a clear, documented deliverable — measured and actionable, not just observations.

01

Baseline on the first visit

Every machine measured and recorded so later readings have something to be compared with.

02

Readings at every round

Vibration, temperature and performance taken the same way, at the same points, every time — vibration judged against ISO 20816 severity zones.

03

Trend sheets

Each reading plotted against the baseline, so drift is visible long before failure.

04

Machine register

Measured values and photographs for every machine, kept in one place.

05

Prioritised action list

Issued after every visit — what to do now, what can wait.

06

Findings quantified

Numbers, not descriptions. A condition you can take to management.

02 · Approach

How the work is done.

Recognised methods, applied machine by machine and premises by premises — and a written output you keep.

A

Methods

  • CBM · Condition-Based Maintenance
  • PdM · Predictive Maintenance
  • FFT vibration spectrum
  • Readings judged against ISO 20816 severity zones
  • Infrared thermography
  • Baseline & trend analysis
  • Criticality ranking
B

What you receive

A machine register with measured values and photographs, trend sheets against baseline, and a prioritised action list after every visit.

The report is yours either way.
03 · Codes of practice

Checked against Indian Standards.

Testing, inspection and condition assessment carried out as per the relevant IS codes of practice.

IS/ISO 20816-3 : 2022Machine vibration — industrial machinery above 15 kW, 120 to 30 000 r/min

Indian Standards are cited as the codes of practice the work is checked against. Which of them apply depends on your equipment and its duty.

04 · Fit

Who it serves.

Independent, fixed-scope and quoted in writing — for units that want condition measured, not guessed.

A

Who it's for

Plants running rotating and mechanical equipment — compressors, diesel generators, gearboxes, HVAC and refrigeration plant, pumps, motors and separators — that would rather track condition than guess at it.

B

The OMNIX difference

We do not sell spares and we do not represent a machine builder — there is no margin behind the recommendation. The engineer who assesses your machine is the one who signs the report.

05 · Process

Four steps. No lock-in.

From a free walkthrough to a written report you own — with no retainer and no minimum term.

STEP 01

Site call

A thirty-minute walkthrough at your plant, at no charge. If we cannot add anything, we say so.

STEP 02

Fixed-scope job

One survey or assessment at a price agreed in writing. No retainer, no lock-in, no minimum term.

STEP 03

Written report

Within five working days. Measured values, what the condition is costing you, prioritised actions.

STEP 04

You decide

Act in-house, hand it to your OEM, or bring us back. The report is yours either way.
