Pressure in a closed fire main does not fall on its own — a jockey pump starting more than usual means water is leaving somewhere.

Nobody logs it, because nothing has failed. The pump is doing exactly its job — holding the main at pressure so the main fire pump does not start for a small drop.
A jockey pump starts more often than it used to. None of it stops production, so none of it gets written down. There are only a few places that water usually goes, and not one of them announces itself.
Frequent jockey pump starting is not a jockey pump problem. It is the jockey pump correctly reporting a fault somewhere else.
Reset it and the symptom disappears. The leak does not — and you have just lost the one indicator that was reporting it.
Does anyone at your site actually log jockey pump starts? Does your jockey pump have a start counter, and has anyone looked at it this month?
